-Framed To Perfection-Project Of The Month
The Starting Point
Every great project starts with a clean slate. Before we turn the first screw, we evaluate the existing space and architecture. Our goal is to ensure the new enclosure doesn't just attach to the home but flows naturally from it, respecting the home’s original design while preparing for a significant upgrade in livability.

Site Prep
Quality starts long before the frame goes up. Here, our team is doing the heavy lifting of site preparation. We clear the brush, grade the soil, and ensure the surrounding landscape is protected. A project is only as good as its foundation, and we refuse to take shortcuts when it comes to preparing the ground properly. All of our site prep work is done by hand to minimize damage to your property and surrounding areas. There are no short cuts to a Quality Build.

The Foundation
We don't do "good enough." Here you see the 12”x12” footer forms being meticulously set with high-strength rebar reinforcement. This isn't visible in the final result, but it’s the most important part of the job—it ensures that this structure is structurally sound, anchored correctly, and built to handle whatever Florida weather comes its way.

Paver Pad
A solid, level foundation is non-negotiable. We take the extra time to properly prep and lay these pavers, ensuring they are perfectly flush. This creates a seamless transition from the indoor flooring to the outdoors, providing a stable, clean, and elegant floor that elevates the entire aesthetic of the backyard.

The Structure
This is the skeleton of the project. We pride ourselves on precision engineering—ensuring every aluminum extrusion is aligned perfectly, secured, and permitted. At this stage, you’re seeing the FrameOne difference: durable, high-quality materials that meet Florida’s strict building codes head-on, designed to withstand the elements for years to come. We ake a lot of pride when we here our customers say "I can see the difference in this build compared to my neighbors."

FrameLess Design & Finished Build
The FrameLess design is our signature for a reason—it’s about maximizing your view and minimizing visual clutter. We’ve eliminated the bulky cross-members that usually block your line of sight. Combined with the final touches, this represents the total transformation of the Dumas family’s backyard into a seamless, bug-free outdoor oasis.

The Finishing FrameOne Touch
Lighting is often an afterthought in lower-quality builds, but for us, it’s critical for usability. By installing premium integrated LED lighting early, we ensure that this space remains functional and inviting long after the sun goes down. It changes the entire mood of the patio from a daytime spot to a sophisticated evening retreat.
