FrameOne Construction was founded by Tony De Los Santos with one clear goal: give Tampa Bay homeowners a better contractor experience. After years working in the construction industry, Tony had seen firsthand where things go wrong — poor communication, rushed work, and contractors who treat your home like just another job. Our work spans screen enclosures, pool cages, lanai enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers, and pergolas — along with rescreens, screen repairs, enclosure lighting, and seamless gutters. We also take on structural repairs, remodels, new additions, and retrofit projects for homeowners who need more than just an outdoor upgrade.
